This blog is dedicated to our Mother, Regina McConnell Northrop who was recently diagnosed with Stage 3 Ovarian Cancer.
Our goal for this blog is to provide you with up-to-the-minute information on her progress as she beats this cancer, as well as a for this to be a source of encouragement and support for her.
To all of us this woman is this most amazing wife, mother, sister, friend, and teacher...she is more than anyone could ever ask for.
Mom will no doubt move mountains. When she is feeling tired or down we will all pick her up and move those mountains for her.

Absolutely beautiful! I am sure Regina knew that she was blessed with an amazing family that loved her more than anything. More important the love was shown. It was great to see Regina through the years in video. I don’t think I ever saw the baby pics of her and Richard and Aunt Grace and Uncle Dick.
Rest assured that GOD called Regina home a little early for a good reason. He works like that, even though we don’t always understand why at the time. It will be revealed in due time and we will rejoice when we are gathered together in heaven one day.
Thank you so much for sharing the intimate moments during Regina’s journey. Many people have been touched and changed because of Regina.
I hope to see all of the McConnell/Northrop family in the future as I travel through your territory on many trips to Tennessee and North Carolina to see grandchildren.

What priceless memories! I love all the pictures, and as I looked at the ones of Regina with her parents, I can’t help but smile, knowing she is with them again.
